He was born in the middle of the night during tax season to an unwed couple in a stable or a cave in a sheep field. That was God’s way of showing us that nothing is perfect. Life is chaotic. It’s messy. That’s what Jesus was stepping into.

You never shrink in stature by lifting someone else up.

Humility is not a character trait to develop, it’s the natural by-product of being with Jesus.

God’s purposes and plans will not fail. Before you spend all your prayer time telling Him about yours, ask about His.

Passion is the degree of difficulty we are willing to endure to accomplish the goal.

Don’t overcomplicate God’s will. Just stay connected to Jesus. Love Him. Look into His eyes. He will lead. Follow. Repeat.

As an overflow of my life – the wake I leave behind with my little dash on earth – I want others to fall in love with Jesus and know of His great hope and purpose for their lives.

Don’t dwell on your insufficiency, but dwell on God’s all-sufficiency.

The Gospel is not about going from bad to good, it’s about going from dead to alive!

It’s a big world. Don’t get trapped by tiny dreams and feeble problems. Time for big prayers and bold faith.
